Estancia Feliz Positive: La zona es muy bonita y el departamento es cómodo y en buena ubicación. Negative: Hay que subir escaleras, para nosotras estuvo bien, pero para personas con poca movilidad es complicado.

Positive: Apartament bardzo czysty , Lokalizacja jest po prostu rewelacyjna. Dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu, która zawsze była pomocna. The apartment was very clean. The location was simply fantastic. Good communication with the staff, who were always helpful. Negative: N/A

Comfortable & clean accommodations, great location & good value. Thank you! Positive: The apartment was comfortable, clean and was well supplied for cooking. The management team communicated well, were very responsive & accommodating. I also briefly got to meet the host, she was also accommodating, helpful & gracious. Negative: The apartment is on the 5th floor in an old building, so it took awhile to get hot water in the shower. Also there's no elevator, which wasn't a problem for us, but guests will need to carry their bags up steep steps to the 5th floor.

We loved it. Positive: The location is premium. It is a nice clean place in the heart of Manhattan. It is perfect for exploring the city. The hosts are great and super responsive and helpful, the overall experience was great. It allowed us to explore NYC like never before and the price was absolutely fair. Negative: The only potential “downside” is the lack of a lift. It’s on the fifth floor, but only three flights of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us.
