快適！ Positive: 地下鉄が近いこと。 スーパーが近いこと。 1階であること。 お部屋が清潔！ Negative: エアコンがうるさかったのですが、ニューヨークでは一般的だと理解しました。慣れれば問題ありません。

Great location and comfortable stay! Positive: Great location, just one metro stop from Manhattan. Safe neighborhood with markets and free street parking. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment overall very practical. I would highly recommend it! Negative: Not much of natural light in the apartment but that's not a deal breaker:)

Think this was overpriced compared to others. Positive: Good communication. Good selection of toiletries. Good location from subway. Negative: Smoke alarm in corridor went off all the time, even at night. Location was different to advertised. Toilet seat was broken.

Meeting expectations Positive: The room came with all necessities. Negative: There’s only one bathroom. Some amenities are not functional.
