Positive: Nothing
Negative: This is an old house with two bedrooms. Very bad facilities for the price. Dirty bed linners, same for the walls, and the washroom.
Mold is present around the house. Mold around the air conditioner exhausts.

Positive: It was clean.
Negative: Difficulty getting into the room. When we did get in the room and leave we came back and somebody else was in our room. Had a call back and they put us in another room with a double bed with a queen size topper on it that was flopping off. Was two twin beds.
